One full hour of hands on Reiki, but please make time for up to 90 mins. We will take a few minutes, prior to the session starting, to address any of your concerns and have your questions answered. I will than offer one full hour of Reiki Healing. After your healing session, we will discuss what I felt and heard as I worked, and talk about your experience. It's been a heavy hard time for many, so i have decided to offer a short rest and reset for anyone who needs a break in their day but just doean't know how to take one.
This is not my typical Reiki Session. If you have had Reiki with me before, you know that I am a claire. The claires perceive information beyond the physical senses, including seeing, hearing, knowing, feeling, tasting, and smelling intuitively. (Taste is the only claire that I really never experience.)
But this session is not me receiving messages and sharing. This session is simply a rest, reset and healing session. I am sending healing Reiki energy. I am helping you relax, rest and let go. And I am moving the energy in you, and helping you release anything stuck and stagnant.
I need a photo of you. You find a comfy spot, lie down and I will connect. I can send you the mediation music that I use during my normal sessions. There is no follow up text/ call of what messages come to me, because I am simply offering Reiki. This is a rest. A break in your day.
