30 mins on the biomat, with or without me in the room. Want to chat and relax? Vent? Just relax? Let me know. I will sit with you, or you can rest alone on the mat with meditation music to sooth you.

One full hour of hands on Reiki, though we are together for closer to 90mins. We will take a few minutes, prior to the session starting, to address any of your concerns and have your questions answered. I will than offer one full hour of Reiki Healing. After your healing session, we will discuss what I felt and heard as I worked, and talk about your experience.
